We’re seeking someone to join our Award Winning team as an Analyst in Wealth Management Operations to support incoming asset transfers and ensure requests are in good order.  Our team manages a manual transfer type which has allowed us to create a brand of automation and high achievement.  This also means we work harder than some others around us because we do not sit on problems day over day; we are very engaged in solving problems. We have an all-star team chemistry that supports one another and are looking to add another individual to that roster! If you have the drive and humility to learn, we can train you for success! 

 

In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships, driving strategic automation solutions by embracing a transformation mindset and challenging the status quo.

This is an Analyst level position level position within Core Services, which is responsible for performing and managing product-agnostic and centralized operational services across several businesses and products.

What you’ll do in the role:

 

            Process transactions/tasks within coverage area

            Respond to client requests with accuracy and speed, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures

            Follow escalation framework, taking responsibility for identifying, escalating and preventing issues

            Raise issues, question others and offer solutions/ideas

            Meet with the team Manager and area leaders to receive career coaching and opportunities for growth

            Take on stretch assignments that involve learning new skills such as excel data manipulation, vba, low code automation in uipath, alyteryx, powerbi, process mapping

 

What you’ll bring to the role:

 

            Patience to learn the material; Drive to provide excellent service; Motivated to make an impact, Humility to receive feedback, Career oriented, Appetite to solve hard and complex problems

            Familiarity with Outlook and excel, customer service experience is a plus

            Ability to build trust and find innovative ways to improve teamwork, functions/processes and create a positive work environment

            Understanding of business area supported, client requirements, and importance of not compromising control to comply with client requests

            Culture carrier across Operations, embracing the Firm's core values

            At least 0-2 years’ relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
